Applicable privacy laws allow individuals the right to access and request the correction of errors or omissions in their personal information that is in our custody or under our control. We are committed to compliance with Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (“CASL”). This section summarizes Othersphere’s grounds for processing personal information under the GDPR, and the rights of EU users as relates to Othersphere’s handling of personal information. This section provides information as relates to EU users' rights, and Othersphere's responsibilities, under this regulation.
